(Oslo August 30^th 2010).  Leading Global Multi National expands transactional HR services with Zalaris.

A leading global Multi National company has signed an agreement with Zalaris to expand the delivery of transactional HR services to cover all their Norwegian and Danish subsidiaries.

Zalaris has had a relationship with the customer since 2003.   As a result of the agreement, Zalaris will implement its web based smartHR powered by SAP solution to include all the customers Norwegian activities doubling the contract size in Norway.   At the same time a similar set of services will be implemented for the customer’s Danish activities resulting in a close to tippling the annual business volume with the customer.

After completing the implementation of the new web based smartHR solution, the customer will have common processes for transactional HR in both Norway and Denmark.  The services will be delivered from Zalaris' local language service centres in Norway and Denmark.  The solution is linked to the customers global Oracle based HR system through one common interface.
