• SAP Process Integration (PI), allowing optimal interfacing with other SAP or non-SAP systems
• smartHR SAP Business Intelligence with complete access to SAP Business Intelligence/Business Warehouse functionality
• SAP Business Objects for HCM dashboards
• SAP Shared Service Center Framework with SAP CRM 7.0 Employee Interaction Center.   Optional full integration with SAP Business Communication Management for Employee Contact Center telephony/call centre support

The selected functionality will be implemented using the Zalaris smartHR template, reducing typical implementation time by 30-40%

Application Maintenance (AM), including implementing required legal changes and system updates, is performed continuously by Zalaris, ensuring the system is optimally configured and legally compliant at all times

Function and system support services are delivered from Zalaris SAP Competence Center to designated customer ‘super users’.

All services are delivered using our scalable and redundant Fujitsu Siemens Flexframe infrastructure hosted in two geographically separate data centres for maximum security and minimum downtime.
