    Lars Henriksen

    Chairman of the Board

    Lars Henriksen (1943) a danish citizen, is the Chairman of the Zalaris Board. 

    Lars has been a vital member of Zalaris' board since inception.

    He has extensive experience in developing and running Nordic businesses as a Managing Partner for Accenture in the Nordic region.  He was instrumental in building Accenture’s Nordic operations from the late 1980’s until he left Accenture in year 2000. 

    Lars currently lives in Copenhagen, Denmark.

  • Narve Reiten

    Narve Reiten

    Board Member

    Narve Reiten (1961), a Norwegian citizen, founded Reiten & Co in 1992. He has extensive investing and operational experience in the Nordic market.

    Prior to Reiten & Co, he was employed by I.M. Skaugen, working on project development and M&A.

    Mr Reiten holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management and is a Certified Financial Analyst (CFA) from the Norwegian School of Economics and Business Administration.

    John M. Bjerkan

    Board Member

    John M. Bjerkan (1967) a Norwegian citizen, joined Reiten & Co in 1997 and has been a partner since 1999.

    He has been the Managing Partner for Reiten & Co since 2003. Prior to joining Reiten & Co, he spent three years at Telenor as Project Manager for corporate restructuring projects and, prior to that, he worked as a research analyst at PA Consulting Group. 

    Mr. Bjerkan holds an MBA and a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management.

  • Hans-Petter Mellerud

    Hans-Petter Mellerud

    CEO of Zalaris, Board Member

    Hans-Petter Mellerud (1960) is the founder of Zalaris. Prior to establishing the company he was a Partner with Accenture, where he was responsible for Business Development in Accenture’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. He also held a Director position with Accenture establishing their Stavanger based Accounting Shared Services Unit.

    Prior to Accenture, Mr. Mellerud worked with outsourcing related issues as a Managing Director and consultant with companies in Germany and Switzerland.

    His educational background includes a MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland and a Bachelor of Science magna cum laude as well as a Master of Science cum laude in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, USA. 

    He is an officer of the Norwegian Cavalry School of Officers (Befalsskolen for Kavaleriet) and served with the Norwegian Army Para-rangers (Hærens Jegerskole).
