Zalaris is a privately held company.   On a summary level, the shares are held by two financial owners with long term commitment and Zalaris management, board and employees.  The distribution is as follows:

• Reiten & Co's fourth fund (Nordic Capital Partners IV): 51%
• Hoegh Group: 14%
• Zalaris management, board and employees: 35%

Reiten & Co specializes in strategic investment banking services such as sales, acquisitions, mergers and offerings. Private Equity Investments are handled through the Reiten & Co Strategic Investments and Nordic Capital Partner Structure.
