The solution was delivered by Zalaris Consulting and built on the basis of the Zalaris smartHR template and delivered over a six month period.  The solution included functionality for:

• Employee data management
• Payroll for white and blue collar staff
• Manager Self Service
• Interface to the client’s proprietary solution for engagement management and time reporting.

Zalaris has supported the client extensively in building their internal shared services and developing efficient processes for payroll production.

Zalaris supports the customer with various Application Maintenance tasks including help desk support for the client’s payroll unit super users.
