Hans-Petter Mellerud

Hans-Petter Mellerud (1960) is the founder of Zalaris. Prior to founding the company he was a Partner with Andersen Consulting where he was responsible for Business Development in Andersen Consulting’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. He also held a Director position with Andersen Consulting establishing their Stavanger based Accounting Shared Services Unit integrating accounting operations for companies as BP Amoco, Conoco and BP Mobil in the Nordic region. During his four year tenure, Andersen Consulting’s Nordic outsourcing revenues grew from NOK 25 million to NOK 200 Million Before Andersen Consulting, Mellerud was Managing Director for KAS Management Services GmbH in Heidelberg Germany focusing on outsourcing of SAP and payroll processing. He started working with outsourcing as a management tools in 1991 as a consultant with Comco Holding, Biel, Switzerland. His educational background includes a Bachelor of Science Magna Cum Laude as well as a Master of Science Cum Laude in Computer Science from The University of Tulsa, USA. He also has a MBA from IMD, Lausanne, Switzerland.

Peter Gogstad (1964) is responsible for Zalaris Consulting. Prior to joining Zalaris Peter was an executive with Arthur Andersen Business Consulting where he was responsible for implementing large ERP systems in Norwegian and International companies.
Peter has a Masters degree (Siv.Øk) in Economics and a Certification as Information Systems Auditor from the Norwegian School of Management (BI).

NILS OLE KROGSTAD

Business Development Director Nordic

Nils Ole Krogstad (1969) is the CFO of Zalaris. Prior to joining Zalaris he was an Executive with Accenture’s Corporate Transaction Services organization. His main responsibility was financial deal shaping of all large and complex transactions in the Nordic countries. He also held an executive position as a Business Developer in Accenture’s Nordic Outsourcing unit. The typical deal would be any combination of; Consulting, Outsourcing, Offshoring, M&A, Start Ups, Alliances and Joint Ventures. The contract value would typically be from 50-250 mUSD. Nils Ole has management experience working with outsourcing since 1998.

Nils Ole holds a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Stavanger. He also has a Master of Management Degree form the Norwegian School of Management.

SIGURD FRISTAD

VP Nordic Consulting and CTO

Sigurd Fristad (1964) joined Zalaris in 2006 managing the Nordic Nordea transition project. After finishing this project he became VP Nordic Consulting and CTO for Zalaris. He is responsible for the infrastructure and application management, but also all product development on Zalaris SAP Platform. He is using his project management skills in Zalaris managing different SAP transformation projects.
Sigurd has over 20 years of experience as management and IT consultant, and has been international partner in Accenture and Services Sales Director in Hewlett Packard.

NINA STEMSHAUG

Group Finance Manager

Nina Stemshaug (1969) joined Zalaris in 2007. As the Group Finance Manager, she is responsible for Zalaris Group Accounting, Controlling and Reporting.
Nina has 12 years experience working within finance and controlling area in the German Industry. She has extensive experience in structuring and optimizing internal processes.
Nina holds a Master of Business and Economics degree from the Norwegian School of Management.
